The Foundation understands that you reserve the right to alter the commitment, in writing, due to unforeseen circumstances. Additionally, as of July 1, 2014, the Technical College System of Georgia Foundation, Inc. has assessed a 5% fee upon the receipt of new gifts and pledge payments, with the exception of scholarships and awards.
